Description: Purple red color. Redolent with the scent of blueberries, also hints of blackberries and white pepper. Taste is medium-bodied, fresh, and velvety with well integrated tannins. This Tuscan Cru has received great appreciation for its originality and freshness.
Vinification and refinement: This wine, whose name has been inspired by the annual capture of wild hares bred in the natural setting of the vineyards, is the expression of an organic agriculture that has renounced to any product or procedure damaging nature, rediscovering the great values of an antique winegrowing process. The wine is made with a selection of Teroldego and Syrah grapes. It follows the traditional vinification methods and it is refined for 12 months in oak barrels.
Pairings: Mediterranean pasta dishes, poultry and vegetable soups.
