When placing an order, the buyer warrants that the wine is only for personal consumption.  Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed for by a person at least 21 years of age. 

At this time we are only shipping to customers in CA.  Wine shipping laws are complex and ever changing. Check back with us often as we may be expanding into other states in the future.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of order.  All orders will get an automated tracking email sent out; be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not get one within a couple of days.

All shipments containing alcohol will be sent with an Adult Signature Required sticker.  The common carrier delivering the shipment is required to see legal government identification verifying the receiver is 21 years of age or older.  If no adult 21 years old or older is available at time of delivery the shipment will not be left. Also alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.

If there are any issues with the wine, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know and we will arrange for the pickup of your package. When we receive the package back we will issue a refund for the returned items (shipping cannot be refunded).
